About the Instructor

I genuinely believe in the power of the Pilates method. After struggling with chronic back, foot, and wrist pain for over a decade, I found relief through Pilates, and I’ve been pain-free ever since. My passion for this practice led me to leave my career of twenty years to become a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor. I’m excited to share this life-changing journey with others!
